Wishes, prayers pour in as Amit Shah tests Covid positive | India News

NEW DELHI: After Amit Shah tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday, several politicians and social media users posted “get well soon” wishes on Twitter for the Union home minister and prayed for his speedy recovery.
Within minutes of the home minister taking to Twitter announcing he had tested positive for Covid-19, #GetWellSoon was one of the top trends in India.

BJP’s Gujarat unit president C R Patil wished a speedy recovery to the home minister.

AAP leader and Delhi CM also prayed for the speedy recovery of Amit Shah.

Deputy chief minister of Tamil Nadu O Panneerselvam also wished an early recovery for Amit Shah.

TMC chief and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee also wished speedy recovery for the Union minister and said her prayers are with him and and his family.
